Theo has been a part of The Sierra Institute for almost 10 years; as a Fellow, as an Advisory Board member and, since November 2016, as a Managing Partner. As a former Chief Executive Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, Theo believes that companies can not and will not meet their organizational potential without leveraging human capital and the Human Resources function. The Sierra Institute for almost 15 years, has been committed to the advancement of both.
