- We will remain committed to you while you are an upholder of our Values and committed to being a CHRO
- We are committed to each Fellow, not to each Fellow’s employer of the moment
- To live these principles, we do the following for FITs:
- Suspend your dues for the period of time while you are in transition
- Provide access to transition coaching and counseling, as requested
- Enhance the TSI site to facilitate knowledge of current opportunities
- 11 member in transition in 2017
- Several have spoken to Partners regarding their transition, seeking advice
- 17 positions have been posted (will move to website)
