She has also guided organizations through mergers, downsizings, and turnarounds. Michelle has held senior HR and executive team positions at a wide range of companies—from financial services firms to marketing communication agencies. She most recently served as EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer for Healthcare Consultancy Group, part of Omnicom, where she led the talent function for nine companies and served as trusted advisor to the companies’ presidents and the group’s CEO. Michelle founded East Tenth Group, a New York City based boutique consulting firm, in February of 2008 and has been a Senior Fellow of TSI since 2011.
