Mark is also an attorney, with 17 years in private law practice as a labor and employment attorney.

 

He joined Waste Management in 2000 as its Assistant General Counsel for Labor & Employment before taking on the CHRO role in early 2012. Mark lives in Houston, Texas and has been a Senior Fellow of TSI since 2012.
