Keagan joined Pacific Seafood in September 2016 from Coeur Mining, the largest U.S. based silver producer where he most recently held the position of Sr. Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Chief Human Resources Officer.

 

He has previous experience at Barrick Gold Corporation, and Zespri kiwifiruit holding various leadership positions in operations, community relations, marketing and continuous improvement. His global experience includes assignments in Africa, South America and Australia.

 

Keagan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Communication from Florida Southern College and a Master of Arts in Organization Leadership from Gonzaga University. He has served as an Executive Board Member for Meyvn Global, advising the company on talent strategy and public affairs and was named a “Top 25 HR Executive under 40” by Workforce Magazine.
