TSI Community

TSI is a member-based organization that connects people and fosters collaborative learning experiences. We are a community brought together to advance knowledge within the HR function and apply it in ways that improve people’s lives and their contributions to organizations.

Meeting content is compelling and focused around member-driven themes. Like a group of knowledgeable friends getting together for some serious conversation, meetings are small and intimate. There are two meetings per year per region that typically run Thursday through noon Friday.

Meetings are held at desirable locations with facilities and accommodations that are conducive to a relaxing and inspiring, yet confidential environment. Occasionally, members offer to host meetings at their head office location, enabling interaction with the host company CEO or other senior leaders.
