Ulf Lindberg

Member, Advisory Board, The Sierra Institute

Ulf Lindberg is CEO and founder of Enhancer Consulting, a group of executive advisors providing companies with strategy enhancement and helping them create the required conditions for its implementation. Since 1998, Enhancer’s practice has provided over 200 corporations with consulting guidance based on the scientifically founded methodology of Dr. Elliott Jaques.

Ulf has extensive international experience in strategy and organizational development, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and financing. Over the span of 30 years, Ulf has held numerous leadership positions at large, global corporations and entrepreneurial companies. Ulf has been a member of the group executive committee for Pharmacia. Additionally, he founded and developed the largest commercial education company in Sweden.

In addition to serving as a member of the Advisory Board for The Sierra Institute, Ulf is a board member of the Requisite Organizational Institute, an international organization committed to supporting those engaged in the body of work of Dr. Jaques.
