New TSI Fellows, Vivek Arora & Ray Stitle

I am pleased to announce the addition of two outstanding HR Executives as Senior Fellows to The Sierra Institute.

Vivek Arora is the Vice President of Human Resources for Quanta Services, a leading energy specialty contractor that provides engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for comprehensive infrastructure needs in the electric power, oil and natural gas industries. Quanta employs more than 22,000 employees in its domestic and international operations.

Prior to joining Quanta in 2010, Arora practiced law in Washington, D.C., with the labor and employment practice group of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Arora holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Columbia Law School. Arora is currently in the process of completing an executive MBA at the Jones School of Business at Rice University.

Ray Stitle is the Chief People Officer of Monogram Food Solutions a fast-growing protein company with over 1500 team members based in Memphis, TN. His primary charge is to build a positive workplace culture to attract, retain and develop the best talent and build the organization into an employer of choice.

Ray has held several human capital leadership roles with Tate & Lyle, ServiceMaster, PepsiAmericas, and PepsiCo. He is currently a member of the board of trustees of WKNO, the Memphis based public radio and television organization and a director on the alumni board for the school of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Michigan State University. He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Administration from Kettering University and a Masters of Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
